Zero poverty is best addressed at its roots. In coordination with partner communities, livelihood projects such as “Kwarta sa Tinapa”, “Pan Alang sa Negosyo (PAN)”, “Kabuhian, Kalimpyo, Kalampusan Project”, “Worm-A-Lot, Iwas Kalat”, etc. came to be as a way to help the community.

These hands-on, extensive community projects were accomplished under the Education, Health, Environment, Livelihood, and Peace (E-HELP) Program of the Cebu Normal University in collaboration with its Medellin and Balamban Campuses. The goal of the program is “Tracing the Roots, Harvesting the Fruits.”
