Philippine Standard Time:

Zero poverty is best addressed at its roots. In coordination with partner communities, livelihood projects such as “Kwarta sa Tinapa”,Pan Alang sa Negosyo (PAN)”, “Kabuhian, Kalimpyo, Kalampusan Project”, “Worm-A-Lot, Iwas Kalat”, etc. came to be as a way to help the community.

These hands-on, extensive community projects were accomplished under the Education, Health, Environment, Livelihood, and Peace (E-HELP) Program of the Cebu Normal University in collaboration with its Medellin and Balamban Campuses. The goal of the program is “Tracing the Roots, Harvesting the Fruits.”

“𝑷𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒑𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆” puts emphasis on resourcefulness and sustainability as an approach to cuisine.
