Prospective Bidders shall possess a valid PCAB License applicable to the contract, have completed a similar contract with a value at least 50% of the ABC or have key personnel and equipment (listed in the Eligibility Forms) available for the prosecution of the contract. The BAC will use non – discretionary PASS/FAIL criteria in the Eligibility Check.
All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security , Performance Security, Pre-bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post- Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
To bid for this contract, a contractor must submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) and purchase bid documents in a non – refundable amount of Php10,000.00 .

The CEBU NORMAL UNIVERSITY reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to annul the bidding process, to reject all bids at any time prior to Contract Award without incurring any liability to the affected bidders, waive any required formality therein, and to award the Contract to the bidder whose bid proposal as evaluated is most advantageous to the University.
