Cherry Lambojon and Angel Mae Cahayagan from Cebu Normal University-Medellin Campus have emerged as the topnotchers in the September 2023 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers in Elementary level.

Their exceptional dedication and academic prowess shone brightly as Lambojon secured the top 7 with an average of 93.20%, while Cahayagan placed as top 8 with a 93.0% average.
