Crossing borders brought changes and challenges to higher education and to many aspects of our lives that removed barriers among cities and countries across the world. Research plays a critical role in facing these challenges as it enhances the overall quality of education. It promotes better understanding of the impact of change and cultural exchange and in facing the emerging needs of the country through innovations and technology. In this connection, Cebu Normal university College of Teacher Education would like to invite you and your students to participate in the 3rd International (4th national) Teacher Education Student Conference (TEStCon). This conference will gather students both in the graduate and undergraduate degree programs and researchers of other regions throughout the world to share their research findings and experiences. This will be held on February 20, 2016 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Marco Polo Plaza Hotel, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu, Philippines 6000.
