Four CNU faculty and staff received further training from Singapore Polytechnic (SP) and were certified as Master Facilitators of its Learning Express (LEx) Program. LEx is an international social innovation experience designed to challenge students to co-create innovative solutions to challenges faced by local communities.

Dr Leodinito Y. Cañete, Dr Marylou B. Ong, Ms Jezyl C. Cutamora and Mr Renan B. Elcullada learned and demonstrated facilitation skills using the 3E method of Engaging, Experiencing and Enquiring with SP’s Ms Phua Huishan. The training was done in Bulacan State University from February 16-17, 2016. The training program was also participated by LEx facilitators from other state universities.

All certified LEx master facilitators will meet in Thailand in November 2016 to start their application with the International Institute for Facilitation (INIFAC) as international facilitators.
