In its continued commitment to community engagement and educational advancement, Cebu Normal University (CNU), through its Extension Services Unit, entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) today with two dedicated partners.

The initiative, composed of two projects—“LITTERA (Literacy Theories in Teaching to Engage Readers’ Approach)” and “Accelerating Literacy through Minds on Wheels: A Collaborative Reading Project”—aims to strengthen literacy and support teacher development in local communities.

Partner institutions include:
✔️ City Central National High School, Cebu City
✔️ MINDS ON WHEELS, a registered non-profit foundation committed to advancing educational equity by providing targeted support to schools in Cebu City.

Leading the ceremonial signing were CNU Extension Chairs and faculty members, who reaffirmed the university’s dedication to impactful community service and collaborative education efforts.

Padayon, CNU!
