In line with its continuing commitment to strengthening extension initiatives, the project entitled “Empowering Future Journalists: A Journalism Workshop Series for Talisay City National High School Teachers” successfully continued its extension activities through an online platform on January 9, 2026. The activity was led by Project Leader Dr. Michelle Tubilan, with the support of project members Ms. Catherine Arriesgado, Mr. Kyle Lester Paes, and Dr. Joseph Elvir Tubilan.

The online session served as a venue to sustain engagement with the partner school and to further equip participating teachers with essential journalism knowledge and skills. Despite the virtual modality, the activity was effectively implemented, demonstrating the project team’s adaptability and commitment to ensuring the continuity and quality of extension services.
