On December 2, 2025, the project team of “Demonstrating ICT and Talent Empowerment (DICTATE)” carried out their extension activity in Barangay San Antonio, Cebu City. The initiative centered on strengthening Information and Communications Technology (ICT) skills, which involve the ability to understand, navigate, and utilize a wide range of technological tools and software. These skills encompass supporting others in performing various digital tasks—such as making video calls, searching the internet, or operating mobile devices like tablets and smartphones—as well as handling basic technology functions, including starting a computer, using printers and copiers, and capturing photos or videos with digital cameras.

Through this program, barangay officials and staff were provided with valuable opportunities to enhance both their management skills and their ICT proficiency. By equipping them with these essential competencies, the activity aimed to empower local personnel to function more effectively and confidently within an increasingly digital work environment.
