The extension project titled “Mentoring the Instructional Leaders” successfully conducted Module 1: Leading with Purpose: Understanding the Program for Instructional Leaders, Assessing Needs, and Setting Shared Goals on August 29, 2025, at the Formation Center, Valladolid, Carcar, Cebu.

The activity was led by the Extension Project Leader, Dr. Maria Nancy Cadosales, together with project members Dr. Feleeh Enanoza and Dr. Imelda Montalbo.

This module emphasized the crucial role of instructional leaders in driving school improvement. It also guided participants in formulating a shared set of actionable goals that align with identified school needs and the broader objectives of promoting quality instruction and ensuring learner success.
