ANNOUNCEMENT | Draft IRR for Republic Acts 12284 & 12285
Cebu Normal University proudly informs the public that the Draft Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) for Republic Act 12284 (CNU–Medellin Campus Act) and Republic Act 12285 (CNU–Balamban Campus Act) are now available for review and consultation.
These laws officially convert CNU Medellin and CNU Balamban into regular campuses of Cebu Normal University, marking a historic milestone in expanding access to quality higher education in Northern Cebu and Western Cebu.
The Draft IRR outlines the policies, structures, and operational guidelines that will govern the full implementation of these laws.
Stakeholders are invited to participate in the consultation and share their feedback.
