As part of the operating procedures of the newly converted regular campuses of Cebu Normal University (CNU), the university submitted copies of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRRs) for registration at the University of the Philippines Office of the National Administrative Register (ONAR) on November 19.

 

Resolution Nos. 165 and 166, series of 2025, contain the IRRs of the CNU-Medellin and CNU-Balamban campuses, which were officially recognized as regular campuses through the enactment of Republic Acts 12284 and 12285, respectively, on September 7.

 

The laws came after 17 and 20 years of operations of CNU Medellin and CNU Balamban, respectively.
