- Report Card with a GPA of 85 or above (irrespective of quarter, depends on what is obtainable)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character (Original)

Note: The month of October is the cut-off month of the age group. There are no qualifying exams for grades one (1) -to- six (6) since ILS department is not accepting any transferees.
