Cebu Normal University (CNU) welcomes Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Chairperson Dr. Ricmar Aquino as the new chair-designate of the university.

The entire CNU community is excited to work and collaborate with Dr. Aquino in pursuit of excellence.

Dr. Aquino succeeds Dr. Shirley Agrupis, the former CHED commissioner and CNU chair-designate.

CNU also extends its deep appreciation to Dr. Agrupis for her exceptional leadership, commitment to excellence, and unwavering service to the 123-year-old institution and its stakeholders.
