In alignment with the leadership directive of Cebu Normal University to implement the 7S of Good Housekeeping, the College of Culture, Arts and Sports (CCAS) proudly launches its localized advocacy slogan: “TUBIGAN sa Katilingban”.
The initiative is a proactive response to CNU Memorandum Circular No. 49, s. 2024, and the subsequent advisories from the Quality Assurance Unit (Advisory Nos. 006 and 017, s. 2024), emphasizing institutional discipline and organizational excellence.
The slogan reads:
“Gusto ka ba ug kahapsay sa CCAS? Tana na ug apil na sa TUBIGAN sa katilingban.”
“TUBIGAN sa Katilingban” serves as a symbolic and practical campaign promoting cleanliness, orderliness, and shared responsibility across all workspaces, particularly within faculty rooms and college offices. More than a housekeeping effort, the movement highlights the social relevance of order, its impact on gender identity, personal dignity, and the overall human development of the CCAS community.
This CCAS-specific branding of the 7S program aims to cultivate a culture where physical order reflects and reinforces intellectual and social harmony. Posters of the slogan will be visibly displayed across the college to encourage active participation and accountability.
As part of its broader institutional thrust, Cebu Normal University continues to foster environments that are clean, safe, and conducive to both academic excellence and personal growth. The CCAS, through this initiative, asserts its commitment to translating these principles into everyday practice.
