Cebu Normal University’s Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs released Advisory No. 133 s. 2025, announcing the waiving of clearance requirements for all undergraduate students, except nursing students, and the implementation of online enrollment for undergraduate and graduate students from November 24–29 to accommodate those affected by recent calamities.
