LOOK | CNU produces new batch of licensed chemists, chemical technicians in October board exams
 
The Cebu Normal University (CNU) – College of Computing, Artificial Intelligence, and Sciences (CCAIS) once again demonstrated academic excellence after achieving impressive results in the October 2025 Chemists Computer-Based Licensure Examination and the Chemical Technicians Licensure Examination.
 
CNU recorded an 81.82% passing rate for chemists and an outstanding 95.65% passing rate for chemical technicians.
Out of 22 first-time takers, 18 successfully passed the Chemists Licensure Examination, while 22 out of 23 examinees earned their licenses as Chemical Technicians.
 
Since producing its first batch of licensed chemists in 2023, CNU has continued to strengthen its performance in national licensure exams.
 
This year’s outcome marks the university’s highest number of passers in the three-year period since its graduates began taking the examinations.
