LOOK | CNU kicks off 5-day faculty training
Faculty members across campuses and colleges of Cebu Normal University attend the five-day In-Service Training (INSET) for Faculty 2025 at the Idea and Knowledge Center (IKC) starting today.
This as the university prepares for the opening of classes on July 14, 2025 for the first semester of Academic Year 2025-2026.
With the theme, “Advancing Curriculum, Pedagogy, Research and Extension, and Institutional Excellence,” the first day of the training focuses on strategies and best practices in utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and other related tools in formulating course syllabi and instructional materials.
The day 1 of the training is led by the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Roberto Corcino, and the Director of Curriculum Development and Enhancement, Dr. Remedios Bacus.
This annual activity, organized by the Office of Academic Affairs, aims to strengthen professional enrichment to elevate the standards of instruction, research and extension, and institutional performance.
