Cebu Normal University (CNU) convened its team of Internal Lead Auditors for a two-day ISO 90021:2015 Internal Quality Audit Training Course in Cebu City, aimed at sharpening audit competencies ahead of the university’s upcoming ISO accreditation.

 

Organized by the Quality Assurance Office under the leadership of Dr. Ma. Rosita Hernani, the workshop offered a comprehensive refresher on key ISO standards, internal audit procedures, and evidence-based quality assurance practices.

 

Participants engaged in collaborative learning sessions that reinforced essential protocols, strengthened reporting skills, and clarified audit roles and responsibilities.

 

The retooling initiative underscores CNU’s ongoing commitment to excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement, further fortifying its systems and enhancing its readiness for a successful ISO accreditation cycle.
