The Commission of Higher Education Regional Office VII (CHEDRO VII) is now accepting scholar applications for the batches 4, 5, and 6 of the Scholarships for Staff and Instructors’ Knowledge Advancement Program (SIKAP) for full-time and part-time study.

 

This is upon the issuance of CHEDRO VII Regional Memorandum No. 194 series of 2025, which states that interested applicants for the scholarship “must meet ALL eligibility criteria.”
