(Usage of Human Resource Information System)

What is CNU Cloud Portal?

CNU Cloud Portal is an Integrated Cloud Service that can be access thru the world wide web and provide various innovative systems in Cebu Normal University designed for solution and efficiency of the processes in the organization.

Currently we are using 3 Web Applications in the University that we are operating in our daily transactions.

  1. CNU HRPRL - WEB BASED APPLICATION FOR HUMAN RESOURCE INFORMATION SYSTEM
  1. CNUSYS - WEB BASED APPLICATION FOR CNU INNOVATIVE SYSTEMS

CNU HRPRL

  • a web application for human resources information system (HRIS) used to store and track employee data ranging from attendance and processing of payroll to manager. 

HOW TO USE THE APPLICATION?

Step 1 - Open a Web Browser (Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge)

Step 2 - Type https://portal.cnu.edu.ph:7890/hrprl or http://192.168.1.16/hrprl

4 Important modules in HRIS

1 - ATTENDANCE

2 - LEAVES

3 - PAYROLL

4 - SIS (only for faculty/faculty-admin)

HRIS ATTENDANCE MODULE


1. DAILY TIME RECORD - shows your attendance by year and month you can print or save it to PDF file if you like.  You can set in out type whether Time-in, Time-out, Break-in, Break-out or Discard 

2. BIOMETRIC LOGS - Shows all your Biometric Logs

3. DTR CORRECTION - Allows you to apply correction for empty Logs subject for approval to your Head

4. OVERTIME / OVERLOAD- is where you can submit/process your overtime/overload after you rendered, must have attachment with MEMO and other supporting documents for validation. 

5. OFFICIAL BUSINESS - is where you can submit/process your Official-Business/Travel Order application after you rendered, must have attachment with MEMO and Appearance for validation.

LEAVES MODULE

  1. LEDGER -  allows you to view your record and show count of your Leave Credits
  2. LEAVE APPLICATION - allows you to submit/process application like Sick Leave, Vacation Leave, Special Leave, Maternity Leave, Paternity Leave etc. and can print or download a soft copy.
  3. LEAVE CANCELLATION - allows you to cancel your leave if you feel its incorrect or change of mind.

Sometimes Leave Cancellation does not returning your leave credit after the cancellation is approved and still reflecting with a leave remarks of the specific DTR date, if you notice that there is no changes happened, please contact ICTO for assistance.

PAYROLL MODULE

  1. PAYROLL - Shows your payroll record, you can view and print the details of your payroll if you want to generate a payslip by simply clicking the records row.
  2. EARNINGS HISTORY - shows all your earnings history, can be filter by year and what payroll item you want to select.
  3. DEDUCTIONS HISTORY shows all your deductions history, can be filter by year and what payroll item you want to select.

SIS MODULE

GRADES ENTRY - this allows you to view and manage grades based on the subject you handled per schedule, you can add, edit print and forward for approval.

Note : this is only applicable to all faculty / faculty-admin.

Sometimes the newly created account SIS is not yet shown in your menu,please kindly fill-out and send to us your user access request form that can be found in the website cnu.edu.ph
