Four academic programs of Cebu Normal University (CNU) have been granted continuous offering following their reaccreditation by the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines, Inc. (AACCUP).
The programs underwent evaluation on May 20–22, 2026, covering key areas such as research, graduate performance, community service, linkages, and planning processes.
Following the evaluation, all four programs retained their respective accreditation levels:
- Bachelor of Arts in Communication — Level IV Re-accredited
- Doctor of Science in Nursing, major in Gerontology Nursing — Level IV Re-accredited
- Master of Arts in Guidance and Counseling — Level III Re-accredited
- Master of Arts in Literature — Level III Re-accredited
The reaccreditation, which results were received by the university yesterday, underscores CNU’s sustained commitment to delivering quality academic programs and continuously improving its educational services.
