Three Cebu Normal University students earned top rankings at the recently-concluded 28th Philippine Statistics Quiz Provincial Elimination.

 

They are BS Psychology student Allan Ray Pulgo who placed 6th, while Yashey Dane Gica (BS Biology) and Dirk Austin Desphy (BSED Mathematics) ranked 9th and 10th, respectively.

Also, Pulgo has qualified for the Regional Elimination of the Philippine Statistics Quiz slated for November 8, 2024 at the CNU ACAS Auditorium.

 

The PSA-initiated activity, which was held at the CTU-Main Campus on October 30, is a “search for the country’s young statistics whizzes.”

 

The students’ outstanding achievements reflect the university’s dedication to academic excellence in statistics.
