Cebu Normal University’s (CNU) College of Nursing (CN) is set to gradually conduct limited face-to-face classes as approved during the Joint Inspection by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) – 7, Department of Health (DOH) – 7, Emergency Operations Center – Inter-Agency Task Force (EOC-IATF), and Cebu City local government held today.
 
Based on the CHED-DOH Joint Memorandum Circular No. 2021-001 on the Guidelines on the Gradual Reopening of Campuses of Higher Education Institutions for Limited Face-to-Face Classes During the COVID-19 Pandemic, the inspection covered essential areas to ensure that health and safety measures will be strictly implemented.
 
The areas for assessment include Management and Oversight, Institutional Policies and Protocols, Controls, Learning Continuity Plans, and Retrofitting of Facilities which were duly complied by the College and thus recommended for approval.
