Cebu Normal University’s Office for Internationalization conducted a pivotal seminar entitled “Bridging Borders: Advancing CNU’s Internationalization” at the ACAS Auditorium today.
 
The seminar, aimed at enhancing the global perspective of CNU’s student leaders, attracted a significant number of attendees.
 
The activity featured distinguished speaker Dr. Faramarz Samifanni, an Iranian professor from Kyushu Kyoritsu University in Japan, who delivered an insightful discourse on internationalization motivation and intercultural communications.
 
Dr. Samifanni’s lecture provided a deep dive into the driving forces behind internationalization in higher education and the importance of intercultural communication in fostering global understanding and collaboration. His expertise and international experience offered valuable insights that resonated well with the audience.
 
Dr. Janet Mananay, CNU’s director for Internationalization, expressed her satisfaction with the turnout and emphasized that the seminar is one of the highlights of the University kickoff celebration for the ASEAN month.
