Dr. Dulce B. Anlagan holds a Bachelor of Science in Education major in English, a Master of Arts in Education major in English Language Teaching, and a Doctor of Education in English Language Teaching. She is a Certified ISO Lead Auditor, an Accreditor, and an active Researcher. Since 2017, she has served as the Quality Assurance Chairperson, contributing significantly to the enhancement of academic quality and institutional standards. She also serves as a Practicum Preceptor for teaching interns, providing supervision and mentoring during their field placements. 

Dr. Anlagan teaches both major and minor subjects in English, as well as Professional Education subjects. She also handles professional courses for BA English Language and BA Literature students, showcasing her breadth of expertise across both teacher education and liberal arts programs. Her commitment to instructional excellence, curriculum development, and academic quality assurance defines her vital role in higher education.
