Gallardo Gulay is a faculty member at Cebu Normal University, where he contributes to the academic community teaching Philosophy and Social Sciences courses. He previously served as a faculty member at the University of San Jose – Recoletos from 2005 to 2023, fostering critical thinking among students.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Classical Philosophy from Casiciaco Recoletos in Baguio City and a Master of Arts in Philosophy from the University of San Carlos. He is currently completing his PhD dissertation in Philosophy at the same institution.
