#CNUPride | Congratulations to Prof. Clareziel Ladringan of the CNU Tourism Management Department for winning ₱100,000 grant prize for Project Pitching Competition of the Adenauer Young Leaders Program (AYLP) implemented by the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Philippines.

Ladringan, along with her teammates from other regions in the country, bagged the award for their proposed community project titled “Project AGENT: Agriculture Entrepreneurship for Next-Generation Talent,” which is set to be implemented this October 25-26 in Lucban, Quezon Province.

The entire AYLP fellowship program was held from March to August and was concluded by a project pitching competition held at the Richmond Hotel in Iloilo City.

Ladringan is among the 16 young fellows from the entire country to be selected for the second Cohort of AYLP – an intensive leadership training program for young individuals from different backgrounds and sectors.

The program helps the most promising individuals develop their leadership skills, priming them to take on more prominent roles in their organizations, communities, and groups.

AYLP underscores leadership development and education in politics, economics, and international relations, highlighted by immersions/learning visits.

This program is fully funded and managed by the KAS Philippines Office – a German political foundation based in the Philippines.
