To strengthen the information dissemination and active participation as partners in the electoral process, the Cebu Normal University (CNU) and Commission on Elections (COMELEC) sign the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) during the “Voter Information Awareness Campaign and Automated Counting Machine (ACM) Public Demonstration for the 2025 National and Local Elections” at the Idea and Knowledge Center this morning.

 

The agreement, which was signed between CNU University President Dr. Daniel Ariaso Sr. and Comelec Chairman George Erwin Garcia, aims to strengthen the role of educational institutions in promoting institutional development and academic enhancements in order to raise election awareness especially in the upcoming midterm elections.

 

The signing was witnessed by CNU administrative officials and unit heads, and Comelec officials.
