With his vision for continued growth and excellence, Dr. Ariaso initiated the awarding of cash incentives to CNU topnotchers. The pioneer recipients were the five board topnotchers of the March 2024 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET), namely Bella Jayne Capin, Jayen Guasa, Gwendleline Kaye Librero, Mary Tonje Aballe, and Mary Rose Garcia. Each was awarded 10,000 cheques during the 95th CTE Commencement Exercises on May 28, 2024.
Furthermore, Dr. Ariaso announced during the University Review Center Days Caravan on March 25 that bigger cash incentives await the future topnotchers of the university.

CNU has played a great role in shaping employment-ready graduates. As proof, 15 graduating students signed an employment contract subject to processing of documents with Exodus Immigration Education and VISA Services Incorporated Canada before being conferred with their respective degrees on stage during CTE’s 95th commencement exercises. Another set of graduating students was hired and signed contracts with two other companies namely Philinter Academy, and QQ English, which is a product of the In-Campus Job Fair organized by the Student Affairs and Development Office (SADO) conducted in CNU last April 26 aiming to provide more opportunities for graduating students.

Another notable milestone is the distribution of the original copies of the Transcript of Records (TOR) and Diplomas to the graduates during graduation ceremonies. Students no longer have to wait for weeks for the release of these documents which are necessary for post-graduation errands.
This milestone underscores CNU’s commitment to recognizing and rewarding academic excellence. By promptly providing original diplomas and transcripts, and offering financial incentives to high achievers, CNU celebrates its students’ accomplishments and sets a new standard for support and recognition in higher education. | LCDcmm
